BurmLabs LLC, doing business as LI B2B ("we"), operates https://lib2b.com. LI B2B stands for Long Island Business to Business. This policy describes the information we collect when you use the site, use on-site chat or voice, call our phone line, or submit a form.

Information we collect

If you request a strategy call, we collect the name, email, phone number, selected topics, description, and any optional company name or website you provide. That request is stored on our server so we can respond. If you book a time online, we also store the chosen time, phone or video choice, and callback number or joining instructions, and we send the calendar message through our email provider.

If you use the on-site chat with LI Larry, we store the conversation on our server so we can respond and review what was said. If you call the LI Larry phone line, we store your phone number and a text transcript of the call.

Website voice is optional. Microphone use starts when you select Talk to Larry and allow microphone access. Phone and website voice audio is processed by OpenAI or xAI to generate replies. When Grok is selected, website audio passes through our server to xAI. We store text transcripts and do not save audio recordings. You can end voice at any time and continue in typed chat.

If you open a page we prepared for your business, we record the view, browser type, referring site, and a daily coded visitor ID made from your IP address. We do not store the IP address itself.

Server logs may include IP address, browser type, and the pages requested.

Cookies and browser storage

We use a few cookies the site needs to work: one keeps your chat connected (7 days), and, if you use online booking, two let you choose a time and manage that booking. Your browser keeps the current chat until you close the tab, and remembers whether you minimized LI Larry. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Page statistics

Public pages load Umami, self-hosted at stats.burmlabs.com. It records the page address, referring site, browser, device type, and approximate location, and may record named button and form actions, but not their contents. It does not store your IP address or use cookies. It does not load on /admin and never receives form contents, chat transcripts, or phone transcripts.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request and to run and protect the site. We do not sell personal information.

We use these providers: a data center in Carlstadt, New Jersey (hosting), Cloudflare (network and security), OpenAI and xAI (AI replies for chat, voice, and phone), Telnyx (phone calls), Resend (email), Sentry (error reports, with cookies and form contents removed), and Umami, self-hosted at stats.burmlabs.com (page statistics).

How long we keep it

We keep requests, bookings, chat and call transcripts, and phone numbers until you ask us to delete them or we no longer need them. Views of pages we prepared for your business are deleted automatically after 180 days.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date at the top.
