Privacy Policy

LI B2B (“we”), meaning Long Island Business to Business, operates https://lib2b.com. This policy describes the information we collect when you use the site, call our phone line, use on-site chat, or submit a form.
Information we collect
If you request a strategy call, we collect the name, work email, phone number, selected topics, description, and any optional company name or website you provide. That inquiry is stored on our server so we can respond. If you use the on-site chat with LI Larry or call the LI Larry phone line, we store the conversation on our server so we can respond and review what was said. Phone and website voice audio is processed by our selected provider, OpenAI or xAI, to generate replies. Server logs may include IP address, browser type, and the pages requested.
Website voice is optional. Microphone use starts when you select Talk to Larry and allow microphone access. When Grok is selected, website audio passes through our server to xAI. Our application stores text transcripts and does not save audio recordings. You can end voice at any time and continue in typed chat.
How we use it
We use form submissions, chat transcripts, and phone transcripts to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell personal information. We may use a hosting provider that processes data on our behalf, and the chat or phone helper may send your questions to an AI provider to generate replies. When an email delivery provider is configured, strategy-call inquiries and messages sent through chat may also be sent through that provider (Resend) so we can follow up. Inquiries and transcripts are kept until we have finished responding or you ask us to delete them.
