Long Island Man Given 50 Years for Killing 2 Women (1010 WINS New York) - A Hempstead, Long Island man was sentenced this morning in Nassau County court to 50 years in prison for killing two women. Hugo Martinez was convicted last month of killing 19-year-old Maria Flores of Hempstead and 50-year-old Rosemarie Turbee of Hempstead.
