Body of missing fisherman washes up in Long Island (WTNH-TV New Haven) - West Hartford (WTNH, Nov. 16, 2007 4:07 PM) _ A body that washed up on a Long Island beach has been identified as that of a missing fisherman from West Hartford. Arthur Turner was missing since October when his boat capsized in Long Island Sound off the Clinton coast.
